In B38 8ER Vintage Toshiba TV 24 Widescreen & Digital Freeview Set Top Box

Vintage Toshiba 24W33B 24" (22" measured) Widescreen TV and Acoustic Solutions Digital (DVB) Set Top Box. All power cables, batteries and a Scart Cable to connect the two included. This TV and DVB box set up would be ideal for anyone wanting subscription free viewing of all free to air UK TV and Radio channels. It would also be ideal for retro gaming, watching VHS videos, a Theatre, TV or Film prop, for private use in a care home or the (Wo)man cave. The TV has two Scart Sockets, RCA, Headphone (3.5mm Jack) and RF connections and with modern adapter's could connect today's more modern HDMI equipment for convenience.

(Though it will will not obviously transmit that HD quality of picture or sound). The TV has a CRT display that looks fantastic with the DVB box delivering lovely clear pictures and sound. Without the set top box the TV would not display TV or Radio because the TV has an Analogue Tuner for which the signals have now been switched off. This is why the DVB Box is included along with the Scart Cable for connection. The CRT screen is 22 or 56cm as measured corner to corner despite it's model number!

And all buttons on both the TV and DVB Box function as they should. The TV also has dual speakers on each side of the screen allowing for a very good sound. Please also see photo of TV's rear label. Likewise both Remote Controls are also included and are fully functioning, have clear readable buttons, are clean and complete with batteries.

The TV comes complete with it's own stand and together weigh approximately 30kg but can easily be unscrewed from each other, either for transport or for placement of the TV alone on a sturdy surface. The stand has a single surface at the bottom on which other equipment can be placed. It is secured by 4 small screws underneath, however, one of these has become detached and cannot be repaired. It does not impair the use of the surface or of the stand at all. The TV's dimensions are; Width 70cm. Height (without stand) 44.1cm. Depth with stand approx 63cm. (Stand width not applicable as it is within the body of the TV). Stand shelf is 43cm wide by 39cm deep, more than enough for the DVB Box, and your own equipment.

Manuals are not present, though both TV and DVB Box are very straightforward and intuitive to use. I would imagine the internet could provide some help here.
